Kids Suncatcher Workshop

In this workshop, children will design their own colorful suncatcher while exploring how light and color can brighten both our spaces and our moods.

We’ll begin with a short mindfulness activity to help children slow down, notice their surroundings, and connect with the light around them. Each child will then create their own unique suncatcher using beads and crystals.

The workshop ends with a brief reflection where children share their designs and learn how they can use their suncatcher at home as a reminder to pause, breathe, and notice the beauty around them.

All materials included. No experience necessary.

Can parents stay during the workshop or is it drop-off?
Parents are welcome to drop off their child or stay during the workshop at no extra cost, especially if their child prefers additional support.
What ages is this workshop designed for?
This workshop is designed for children ages 6–12. Younger children may attend with a parent or caregiver present.
Are materials included?
All materials needed to create the suncatcher will be provided. Each child will leave with their finished suncatcher to hang at home.
What if we can no longer attend?
Due to limited space and materials prepared in advance, refunds are generally not available. If you cannot attend, please contact us and we will do our best to transfer your registration if possible.
Does my child need to be artistic or crafty to participate?
Not at all. This workshop is designed for all skill levels. Children will be guided step-by-step and encouraged to create their own unique design. The focus is on creativity and having fun.
Do you offer any discounts for siblings attending together?
Yes. We offer discounted family pricing for siblings attending the workshop together. A single child registration is $45, while families registering two children can attend for $80, and three children for $115.
Will there be time for children to socialize and share their creations?
Yes. At the end of the workshop, children will have a short sharing circle where they can show their suncatchers and celebrate each other’s creativity.
